Forecasting for Large Consumer Durables

Helped global manufacturing company to improve the forecast accuracy from 55% to 75+% at SKU level (300+ SKU for 50 branches). Leveraged multivariate -multi-step (predicting 4 months in advance for every SKU at every branch) forecasting techniques using AWS Forecast, Random Forest, and LSTM models. Bridged Demand and Supply gaps that have resulted in optimization of overall warehousing cost along with preventing sales leakages and better product planning.
